CommissionedJobs connects motivated individuals with businesses looking for commission-based professionals in sales, marketing, recruiting, and outreach roles.
To register, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate personal information and documentation if requested.
Complete any required certifications or onboarding provided by CommissionedJobs.
All opportunities on CommissionedJobs are commission-based, freelance, or contract roles.
Workers are not employees of CommissionedJobs. You are considered an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes, legal compliance, and local labor regulations.
Earnings are based on commission structures set by the businesses you work with.
CommissionedJobs may deduct platform service fees or processing fees, which will be disclosed upfront.
Payment timelines may vary depending on the client’s payment cycle. We strive to ensure timely payouts, but delays may occur if clients delay payments.
All workers must:
Maintain professional, ethical behavior when representing clients.
Follow client-specific instructions and confidentiality agreements.
Avoid misrepresentation, dishonesty, or fraudulent activity.
Violation of these standards may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
CommissionedJobs may offer or require training programs, including the International Work Pass™ (IWP) Certification, to enhance worker skills and credibility. Certification may be required to access certain opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
You breach these Terms & Conditions.
Engage in fraud, unethical practices, or provide false information.
Consistently fail to meet performance or communication standards.
Workers may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.
We collect and store information necessary to match you with opportunities and process payments. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your data.
CommissionedJobs is not responsible for:
The number or consistency of job opportunities.
Payment delays caused by clients.
Any losses, damages, or legal liabilities incurred while performing work.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

13.1 Termination by Job Seeker
You may terminate your participation on CommissionedJobs at any time by submitting a written request to support. Upon termination:
Your account access will be disabled promptly.
You remain responsible for any pending obligations or commissions earned before termination.
Termination of any subscription is subject to a one-month notice period. This applies to all plans, including the Team Member and Team Leader memberships.

All memberships are considered binding for the duration of the subscription period.
13.2 Termination by CommissionedJobs
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
You violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful conduct.
You fail to maintain professional standards or comply with client instructions.
You provide false or misleading information.
13.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
All rights to access job listings and client communications end immediately.
CommissionedJobs is not responsible for any unpaid commissions resulting from client disputes or delayed payments after termination.
You agree to return or delete any confidential information obtained through the platform upon request.
If you join CommissionedJobs via the Fast Track plan, you are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee if you do not receive at least one job offer within seven (7) days from the date your onboarding is completed.
To qualify, you must:
Complete all onboarding steps and your profile must be marked as “Active”.

By subscribing to services via CommissionedJobs.com, you (”the Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
CommissionedJobs provides businesses with access to remote, pre-trained professionals in sales, marketing, recruitment, and outreach. Services are offered via a monthly subscription combined with performance-based commissions.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through approved payment methods.
Commission fees are billed monthly in arrears, based on successfully closed sales, hires, or other KPIs achieved.
All payments are non-refundable once the service period begins.
Commission rates vary depending on the subscription plan or custom agreements.
Clients are required to report closed sales, hires, or other KPI outcomes relevant to commission payments if these are not directly tracked by our systems.
If a worker is underperforming, clients may request a replacement within the plan’s guaranteed timeframes:
Starter: within 72 hours
Growth: within 48 hours
Enterprise: within 24 hours
Clients must provide performance feedback when requesting a replacement.
CommissionedJobs commits to working toward the KPIs defined with each client. However, due to market variability, no specific outcomes such as sales numbers or hires are guaranteed.
Subscriptions are subject to the termination notice outlined in section 14.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, and commission payments remain payable for any results achieved during the active period.
Clients agree to:
Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, or roles for outreach.
Supply necessary access to tools, CRMs, or communication platforms when applicable.
Maintain honesty in reporting sales, hires, or relevant KPIs for accurate commission tracking.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary, client data, and sensitive business information exchanged during the subscription period.
CommissionedJobs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount paid for the most recent monthly subscription.
All client-related materials created by workers under CommissionedJobs remain the intellectual property of the client.
CommissionedJobs retains rights to its own training materials, workflows, and proprietary methodologies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country/State], and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction/City].
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes before the next billing cycle.

Clients may terminate their subscription by providing 30 days’ written notice prior to the desired termination date.
Services remain active, and all fees (including commissions) remain due during this notice period.
Early termination without proper notice incurs a final payment equal to one full monthly subscription fee.
CommissionedJobs may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice for any of the following reasons:
Material breach of this agreement, including failure to pay fees or commissions.
Unethical, illegal, or abusive behavior directed at CommissionedJobs staff or workers.
Fraud, misrepresentation, or concealment of results affecting commission payments.
In cases of severe misconduct, fraud, or legal violations, CommissionedJobs reserves the right to terminate services immediately without notice.
Upon termination:
The client is liable for all subscription fees and commissions accrued up to the effective termination date.
Upon written request, all client data and confidential materials will be returned or securely destroyed.
CommissionedJobs reserves the right to anonymize performance data for internal analytics and improvements.
